PPVS Complete Facilities Management
PPVS delivers leisure facilities management built around safe operation, hygiene standards and planned maintenance that prevents disruption and protects public-facing environments. Our approach keeps venues compliant, welcoming and fully operational so visitors have the experience they expect and operators have confidence in every part of their facility, supported by a partner trusted to manage more than 3,000 sites across the UK.
Customers notice lighting, cleanliness, temperature, and general presentation the moment they arrive. Poorly maintained facilities quickly damage perception, reviews, and repeat visits.
PPVS helps leisure operators maintain welcoming, well presented environments. Our teams focus on responsive maintenance that protects appearance, comfort, and functionality, ensuring facilities reflect the experience your customers expect every time they visit.
High footfall, wet areas, equipment use, and constant movement increase the risk of slips, trips, and incidents. Delayed repairs or unsafe temporary fixes put users and staff at risk.
With our team, safety is non negotiable. We resolve issues quickly using safe systems of work, helping leisure operators protect customers, staff, and reputation while keeping facilities open and compliant.
Extended hours, peak usage periods, and live environments make maintenance challenging without disrupting customers or activities.
PPVS delivers flexible maintenance solutions that work around opening hours wherever possible. With clear planning and communication, we carry out essential works with minimal disruption to customers, classes, and day to day operations.
Changing rooms, pools, gyms, and communal areas suffer accelerated wear, leading to frequent faults if maintenance is not proactive.
We focus on durable repairs and preventative maintenance suited to high usage environments. By addressing issues early and applying practical solutions, we help extend asset life and reduce repeat callouts.
Without clear visibility, it becomes difficult to track maintenance performance, costs, and compliance across venues.
PPVS provides structured reporting through CAFM systems, giving operators clear oversight across their estate. Managing over 3000 sites, we help leisure organisations maintain consistent standards, control costs, and operate with confidence.

Central teams gain clear oversight of compliance status, job progress and asset performance across every site, supported by our national engineering network and CAFM platform. For leisure groups managing gyms, leisure centres, visitor attractions or entertainment venues nationwide, PPVS provides a scalable partner focused on safety, consistency and long-term operational reliability across every property in the portfolio.
Leisure facilities present a unique set of compliance challenges because they combine high footfall, diverse activities, and complex equipment. Health and safety compliance is central, but it goes beyond standard checks. It includes evaluating how space layout, circulation routes, and activity zones interact with visitor behavior to prevent accidents. Wet floors in swimming areas, changing rooms, and gym floors require not just cleaning but ongoing monitoring, drainage checks, and risk assessment to anticipate hazards before they occur.
Fire safety compliance in leisure venues is equally nuanced. Multiple occupancy areas, varied materials, and specialised equipment mean fire doors, escape routes, alarms, and signage must be continuously monitored and tested. Proactive maintenance ensures that emergency procedures can function effectively in the dynamic environment of a leisure site.
Leisure facilities management also covers equipment and environmental compliance. Pools, fitness machines, and play areas must meet strict safety standards, including mechanical inspections and water hygiene management. Lighting, ventilation, and temperature controls are also part of the compliance landscape, affecting both health and regulatory adherence. Effective leisure facilities management integrates these elements into a coordinated program, ensuring venues remain safe, fully compliant, and operationally resilient. This approach protects users, minimises risk, and supports a seamless visitor experience while safeguarding the long-term value of the facility.
